Accessibility Statement
Last updated November 7, 2026
We aim for the website to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
What we do
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, filters and checkout.
- Visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link.
- Text and interface colours chosen to meet AA contrast.
- Descriptive labels for form fields and buttons; images have alt text or are marked decorative.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
- Large-print products use body text of at least 16pt, high contrast and generous writing space, and are checked automatically before release.
Known limitations
- PDF printables are designed for printing; some are not fully tagged for screen readers yet.
- Spreadsheet previews are images of the file; the files themselves are fully accessible to spreadsheet screen-reader features.
