Membership questions
What counts as an eligible product?
Most products in the library. Premium professional systems (such as the Contractor Professional Estimating System), bundles and setup services are excluded. Each product page says whether it's included.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits refresh at the start of each billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
You won't be charged again and keep access until the end of the period. Files you've already downloaded remain licensed to you under the plan's licence.
Is it unlimited?
No. Plans include a fixed number of downloads per month, shown on each plan.
