Are these physical products?
No. Everything is a digital download. Nothing is shipped.
How do I download my files?
After payment, open My Downloads in your account. Each product has a 'Download all files' ZIP plus individual files.
Which apps do I need?
PDFs open in any PDF reader. Spreadsheets (.xlsx) work in Microsoft Excel 2010+, Google Sheets (import) and LibreOffice. Editable documents (.docx) work in Word, Google Docs, Pages and LibreOffice.
Which paper sizes are included?
Printables include US Letter and A4 versions unless the product page says otherwise.
Can I use products in my business?
Yes, under the Standard Licence you can use products in your own business. You can't resell or share the files. Design assets come with a Commercial Licence. See the licence page for details.
What if a file doesn't work?
Contact support. We'll fix the problem or refund you under our refund policy.
How does membership work?
Studio Plus and Studio Business include a fixed number of eligible downloads per month. Credits don't roll over. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period.
Do I need to subscribe to any other Brainfy software?
No. Purchased downloads never require a subscription to another product.
