These terms are an agreement between you and Brainfy AI Inc. By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to them.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Downloads are for the account holder (or the number of users stated in your licence).
Digital products
Products are delivered as digital downloads. You receive a licence to use them, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Licence terms are on the Digital Product Licence page.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Memberships
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits don't roll over and have no cash value.
Acceptable use
- Don't share, resell or redistribute files or download links.
- Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or files.
- Don't use automated tools to download in bulk.
Informational content
Our products are organisational tools and educational resources. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax or professional advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with its date.
