This policy explains what personal information Brainfy AI Inc. ("we") collects through Brainfy Digital Studio and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address and a securely hashed password (or authentication handled by our provider).
- Order details: products purchased, amounts, dates and the country from your billing address.
- Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Support messages you send us.
- Basic usage events (page and product views, add-to-cart) linked to a random identifier, used to understand which products are useful. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To deliver your downloads and manage your account and membership.
- To send receipts, security and account emails, and — only if you opt in — newsletters.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store (hosting, database, payments, email delivery) under contracts that protect it, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account; we'll delete or anonymise data we're not required to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under PIPEDA in Canada, CCPA/CPRA in California or GDPR in the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain processing. Contact us through the support page to make a request.
Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls and private storage for product files.
