What's inside. An 11-page binder that keeps the information a family caregiver needs in one place: who the person is and what they need, who is on the care team, who covers which part of the week, appointments and follow-ups, the medication list copied from prescription labels, daily care notes, care expenses, where important documents are kept, and a page for the caregiver's own support. The Word version has the same pages with typed fill-in fields and editable tables. It is an organiser, not medical or legal advice.

Editing. The Word (.docx) files use real headings, tables and fill-in fields (content controls and checkboxes), and the Inter font is embedded in each file. Apps that don't support embedded fonts substitute a similar font.
Licence. Standard Licence — use it for yourself, your household or your own business and print unlimited copies for that use; completed documents can go to your own clients. No reselling, sharing or redistributing the files.
