Tutor Business Organizer

What's inside. Run the admin side of a tutoring business. The workbook lists students with their contact, subject and hourly rate; the session log bills each session automatically from the student's rate and records whether it was paid; the summary shows hours, billed, paid and outstanding per student. The Word forms cover a student intake form, a fill-in tutoring policies sheet with signatures, a session notes log, a progress report and a tutoring invoice with a totals block.

Editing. The Word (.docx) files use real headings, tables and fill-in fields (content controls and checkboxes), and the Inter font is embedded in each file. Apps that don't support embedded fonts substitute a similar font.

Licence. Standard Licence — use it for yourself, your household or your own business and print unlimited copies for that use; completed documents can go to your own clients. No reselling, sharing or redistributing the files.
