What's inside. Everything to write a clear, consistent proposal. The proposal template has a title block (prepared for/by, date, number, validity), summary, understanding of needs and success measures, approach and deliverables table with exclusions, timeline with client dependencies, an investment table with totals, an optional three-option comparison and payment schedule, an about-us and terms section, and client/business acceptance signatures. The companion guide explains each section, then gives a pre-send checklist, a cover email, a proposal follow-up log and a pricing worksheet.

Editing. The Word (.docx) files use real headings, tables and fill-in fields (content controls and checkboxes), and the Inter font is embedded in each file. Apps that don't support embedded fonts substitute a similar font.

Licence. Standard Licence — use it for yourself, your household or your own business and print unlimited copies for that use; completed documents can go to your own clients. No reselling, sharing or redistributing the files.
