Invoice and Quotation Templates

What's inside. Two ways to send professional invoices and quotes. The Excel workbook has an Invoice sheet and a Quote sheet that calculate line totals, subtotal, discount, tax, total, due or valid-until date and balance due after payments, with example lines to overwrite. The Word templates use the same layout — your business details, client, invoice or quote number and dates, a 10-line item table, a totals block and payment notes (the quote adds a client acceptance signature) — with fill-in fields, plus a how-to page with the formulas the workbook uses. Word does not calculate totals; use the workbook for automatic maths.

Editing. The Word (.docx) files use real headings, tables and fill-in fields (content controls and checkboxes), and the Inter font is embedded in each file. Apps that don't support embedded fonts substitute a similar font.

Licence. Standard Licence — use it for yourself, your household or your own business and print unlimited copies for that use; completed documents can go to your own clients. No reselling, sharing or redistributing the files.
