Description

What's inside. A 10-page site record system for builders, trades and renovators. The two-page daily site report captures date, weather, site conditions, every crew on site with hours and work performed, equipment, deliveries with ticket numbers, visitors and inspections, delays, instructions and safety observations, with a sign-off. Supporting pages cover project details and contacts, a weekly summary, a delay and disruption record, and logs for site visitors, instructions/RFIs and photos. The Word version has the same pages with fill-in fields, checkboxes and editable tables.

Licence. Standard Licence — use it for yourself, your household or your own business and print unlimited copies for that use; completed documents can go to your own clients. No reselling, sharing or redistributing the files.
