Subcontractor Management Toolkit

What's inside. A spreadsheet and a set of forms for running subcontractors on your jobs. The workbook keeps a register of every subcontractor with licence, liability insurance and workers' comp expiry dates and works out each one's status (Current, Expiring soon, Expired, Missing document or Missing contract) against an 'as of' date and warning period you set. Commitments record each subcontract's original value, approved changes and retention %; the payments log calculates retention held and what is still owing; the summary totals committed, billed, retention, paid and payable per subcontractor and counts compliance problems. The Word file adds a prequalification form, a document and insurance checklist, a subcontract work order and a performance review. It is an organiser, not legal or insurance advice.

Editing. The Word (.docx) files use real headings, tables and fill-in fields (content controls and checkboxes), and the Inter font is embedded in each file. Apps that don't support embedded fonts substitute a similar font.

Licence. Standard Licence — use it for yourself, your household or your own business and print unlimited copies for that use; completed documents can go to your own clients. No reselling, sharing or redistributing the files.
