Open House Planning Kit

What's inside. A 10-page kit for running open houses the same way every time. A two-week timeline lists 18 tasks from agreeing the date to next-day follow-up; a seller preparation checklist (valuables, medication, pets, cleaning, repairs) goes to the seller a week ahead. The day-of pages cover supplies, a pre-opening walk-through and a personal safety plan with check-ins and a code phrase. Event pages include a sign-in sheet with contact consent, two visitor feedback cards per page, a follow-up tracker and a report to the seller. PDF and Word versions have the same pages.

Editing. The Word (.docx) files use real headings, tables and fill-in fields (content controls and checkboxes), and the Inter font is embedded in each file. Apps that don't support embedded fonts substitute a similar font.

Licence. Standard Licence — use it for yourself, your household or your own business and print unlimited copies for that use; completed documents can go to your own clients. No reselling, sharing or redistributing the files.
