Property Showing Checklist

What's inside. A 9-page buyer's companion for house viewings. It starts with what to bring, seven questions to ask the agent and a must-have / deal-breaker list. Four identical showing pages (one per home) cover the outside, inside, systems and area with 21 check items and space for follow-up questions. A comparison sheet weights nine factors and scores each home, with a worked example of the arithmetic; the last page tracks second viewings and lists what to check before making an offer. It is general guidance and doesn't replace a professional home inspection.

Pages and sheets. Before the showing: what to bring and ask; Showing checklists for four homes; Comparison and scoring sheet with an example; Follow-up and before-you-offer checklist.
